About the Role
As a Team Member at MERKUR Slots, you will support customers by creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent service throughout the venue.
Duties
- Maintain venue housekeeping to the highest standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer behaviour, noting suspicious or disruptive actions, and report as required.
- Assist with administration tasks to 100% accuracy.
- Support promotion execution and ensure success.
- Deliver customer service in accordance with company standards, aiming for high satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating when appropriate following the complaints policy.
- Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions in accordance with policies.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and dress code compliance.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to enhance customer journey and enjoyment.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and actively discourage harassment, victimisation, or discrimination.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or gambling environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Flexible and able to work a rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop; industry and compliance training will be provided.
