- Maintain top‑class housekeeping and overall venue appearance.
- Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer behaviour; report suspicious or disruptive actions.
- Provide accurate administration and support promotions.
- Deliver customer service aligned with company standards and achieve high satisfaction.
- Own and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Interact with customers throughout the shift and log interactions according to policy.
- Maintain personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code.
- Advise customers on product knowledge to enhance their journey.
