Duties
- Maintain venue housekeeping and cleanliness of gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
- Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor customer behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive actions.
- Assist with administration tasks, maintaining 100% accuracy.
- Help promotions run smoothly and achieve success.
- Deliver customer service in line with company standards, ensuring positive customer satisfaction.
- Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and following the complaints policy.
- Interact with customers during shifts and intervene as needed, logging interactions per policy.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and brand dress code adherence.
- Apply product knowledge effectively throughout the customer journey.
- Understand and adhere to company policies on safeguarding and compliance.
- Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination of any kind.
