Position: Croupier
Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour
Position: Gaming Inspector
Pay Rate: £14.77 per hour

About you:
- The croupier is responsible for dealing table games to a high standard, complying with all table gaming procedures and ensuring high customer service levels are met.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a croupier or other relevant experience.
- Must possess a Personal Functional License (PFL).
- Strong table gaming knowledge.
- Knowledge/experience dealing Texas Hold Em Poker would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills.
- Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
- Ideally candidates will live in Milton Keynes.
As an Inspector:
- 2 years’ experience as a gaming inspector/supervisor or other relevant experience.
- Must possess a Personal Functional License (Gaming).
- Strong knowledge of table gaming.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing table games to a high standard, in line with company policy and procedures.
- Providing a high level of customer service.
- Providing correct game commentary.
- Demonstrating good table security.
- Informing inspectors, Pit Boss or Casino Manager on any players to note.
- Complying with all policies and procedures.
- Promoting the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Ensuring compliance with internal Responsible Gambling policies and UK Gambling Commission Licence Codes of Conduct and Practice (LCCP).
- Promoting awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures.
- Being proactive in safeguarding our customers and the business.
- Undertaking additional or alternative duties as directed by your Line Manager.
