We are looking for a Regional Compliance Support Officer to join our Compliance team. You will be working alongside our Safer Gambling departments to ensure compliance within our venues, supporting operational teams, analysing performance, and helping to embed best practices that promote a safe and responsible gaming environment.
About You:
- You will need a valid UK Drivers Licence.
- Flexible and able to stay away from home for prolonged periods and at short notice as required by the business.
- Experience within the Gambling Sector desirable.
- Experience of working in a training role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK Gambling Compliance, Safer Gambling and Licence Conditions & Codes of Practice (LCCP).
- Ability to resource information from external sources and awareness of Safer Gambling best practices.
- Knowledge of customer KYC and Due Diligence processes.

As part of the team you will:
- Promote awareness of Safer Gambling strategies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance checks in line with internal audit programmes.
- Support operations to meet regulatory, LCCP, and AML requirements.
- Ensure Local Area Risk Assessments are up to date across venues.
- Assist with customer complaints and liaise with local authority officer.
- Oversee in-venue marketing to ensure correct Safer Gambling messaging.
- Observe venue practices and provide constructive feedback to teams.
- Identify training needs and ensure teams understand their responsibilities.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and legislation, driving best practice.
- Monitor and evaluate Safer Gambling activity, highlighting risks and trends.
- Provide feedback and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Attend Compliance & Risk meetings and produce relevant reports.
