We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our busy team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Looking after the end to end employee lifecycle, you will be part of our HR administration team managing everything from offers to processing leavers and everything in between. You will be involved across all aspect of HR administration, supporting our operational teams within our Merkur Slots venues and Casinos.
About you:
You will have experience in the full breadth of HR administration including:
- Dealing with incoming general HR queries
- Managing offers and the onboarding process
- Checking and processing leavers
- Right to Work checks
- Maternity/ paternity
- Supporting both recruitment and HR advisory teams
- Delivering online training to new manager
- Monthly reporting on HR data
- Workday is our HR system, therefore experience is desirable
