About the role: As a Keyholder, you will be working for one of the largest and most respected brands in High Street gaming and will hold the key to making customers feel welcome and help to create the atmosphere needed to deliver a great gaming experience! We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate excellent communication and people skills and has a passion for providing first-class service. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and Bank Holidays. You must be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team. Industry and compliance training will be given.
