As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and technical support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining all gaming and ancillary equipment in venues.
- Conducting service calls and maintenance works within specified time frames.
- Assisting with gaming machine installation and removal.
- Carry out tasks requested from the senior management team.
- Communicate with relevant line manager/operations team to report any technical issues.
- Ensure that procedures relating to security of cash are upheld when visiting venues.
- Attend technical training courses from third party suppliers.
- Provide service cover outside of the normal working area when required.
- Ensure all company equipment is maintained in good condition and properly accounted for.
- Follow and adhere to the Merkur machine key policy.
Qualifications
- Passionate about problem-solving and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience within a relevant industry.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Preferred experience in basic networking protocols.
- Good keyboard and intermediate level PC skills including Excel.
- Ability to learn new techniques and skills.
