Position: Hospitality Host - Aberdeen
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay Rate: £12.77

Who Are Merkur? MERKUR Casino are part of the Gauselmann Group, a family-owned German company that trades in over 40 European countries and is regarded as the foremost provider of gaming machines in Europe. In the UK, we currently operate over 220 high street Adult Gaming Centres under our MERKUR Slots Brand and two casinos.
About you:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communications
- Ability to explain offers and promotions
- Technical and computer knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails, glass selection, wine pouring would be desirable

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Serving meals, light snacks, and beverages, including alcohol, to customers in the bar area or on the gaming floor
- Register and process lawful admission into the casino and deal with administrative detail
- Delivering excellent customer service in accordance with Double Diamond Gaming’s customer service standards
- Ensuring that the gaming floor and bar area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- The robust enforcement of Think 21
- Assist in the creation of a welcoming, friendly and courteous environment on the gaming floor whilst conducting enquiries and admissions
