We have an opportunity for a Gaming Machine Support to join our Head Office team where you will support with overseeing all aspects of gaming machine logistics and performance. This includes managing installations and communicating with our venue teams.
MERKUR Slots are part of the Gauselmann Group, a family-owned German company that trades in over 40 European countries and is regarded as the foremost provider of gaming machines in Europe. In the UK, we currently operate over 220 high street Adult Gaming Centres under our MERKUR Slots Brand.
About you:
- Strong communication skills

- Flexibility – There will be some overnight stay required

As part of the Gaming Support team, you will:
- Oversee machine logistics, installations, and relocations across all sites
- Liaise with the Head of Product and venue teams to manage delivery, setup, and issue resolution
- Ensure all gaming machines meet legal and licensing requirements
- Review and optimise machine layouts to maximise performance
- Support venues with training and technical guidance on income monitoring systems
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and service contractors
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational standards are met
