Maintenance Operative – Field Based

Due to a rapid growth within our business, we are now looking to recruit further Maintenance Operatives to join our busy team.

The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with proven experience ideally with electricals, plumbing and carpentry.

As a Maintenance Operative you will be supporting the delivery and execution of core planned and reactive maintenance across our estate. You will be supplied with a vehicle and the tools required for this role.

An eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines is key.

Key Responsibilities for this role are:

1. Assist in maintaining property and equipment within venues.
2. To complete maintenance requests within set timeframes.
3. Resolve problems and issues that arise during venue refurbishment.
4. To attend maintenance emergency calls and deal with accordingly.
5. Work alongside other Maintenance Operatives to complete light refurbishment of current venues.
6. To communicate with external contractors as/when required.
7. Assist with the layout of gaming machines in venue if required.
8. Occasional working away from home.

Required Skills:

1. Full UK Driving License.
2. Experience with electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
3. Working knowledge of UK Health and Safety Legislation.
4. Relevant trade qualifications are advantageous.
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
