Position: Supervisor – Narborough Road

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay Rate: £13.02- £14.02 per hour

Night Rate: £14.02 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00

We have an opportunity for a Supervisor to join our wonderful venue teams. We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate excellent communication and people skills and has a passion for providing first-class service. You must be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.

About you:

Working as a Supervisor some of your main duties will include supporting and mentoring our fantastic Team Members, ensuring targets are achieved and maintaining morale and productivity. Industry and compliance training will be given.

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within the gaming, retail, hospitality, or similar industry

• Excellent customer service skills

• Attention to detail

• Experience with leading and mentoring others

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable

• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts (if your venue is a 24-hour operation)

• A willingness to learn and develop
