The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of poker games and procedures, and the ability to effectively manage staff and resolve customer concerns.Have we got your attention?**About you:*** Previous experience as a Poker Supervisor, Poker Floor person, or Senior Poker Dealer.* Strong knowledge of poker variants including Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Seven-Card Stud, and tournament structures.* Thorough understanding of gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and responsible gaming practices.* Proven leadership and team management skills.* Excellent conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.* Strong mathematical and analytical skills.* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.* High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.**Benefits:*** 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)* Excellent Career Progression Opportunities* Contributory Pension Scheme* Life Assurance* Discounts with high street retailers and restaurants through our benefits portal* Employee assistance programme**Duties include but not limited to:*** Dealing table games to a high standard, in line with company policy and procedures.* Providing a high level of customer service.* Provides correct game commentary.* Demonstrates good table security.* Informs inspectors, Pit Boss or Casino Manager on any players to note.* Complies with all policies and procedures.* To promote the company in a professional and positive manner with both internal and external contacts or at any other opportunity.* To ensure that the company’s equal opportunities policy is adhered to at all times.* To adhere to all company health and safety practices and procedures and action as appropriate should any issue arise.* To attend and conduct meetings as and when required.* Responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with internal Responsible Gambling policies and UK Gambling Commission Licence Codes of Conduct and Practice (LCCP)* To promote awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures.
