Position: Poker Dealer - Merkur Casino - Aberdeen

We have an opportunity for a Guest Relations Host. This will consist of tasks such as covering the reception area and guest services des, along with being the primary support for the electrical gaming machines. This will involve greeting customers, managing the cloakroom, assisting with machines, helping customers with disputes regarding machines and providing exceptional customer service as well as assistance in creating a courteous environment on the gaming floor.

About you:
Must either have an up to date and valid PFL or willing to apply for a PFL, as issued by the gambling commission
Must have the ability to work as a team player, whilst maintaining a level of initiative
To work alongside poker supervisor and general manager in developing the poker offering within the casino
Excellent communication skills with an outgoing and friendly nature
