Responsibilities

  • Regularly attend on‐site meetings at venues and area meetings, providing best‐practice solutions driven by marketing knowledge.
  • Create multi‐channel content that meets company objectives, ensuring compliance across online, digital, social and physical channels.
  • Develop and execute communication plans and campaign support plans across all consent‐led channels (e.g. email, SMS).
  • Prepare and approve creative briefs to ensure compliance and maximise brand impact, minimising re‐work.
  • Collaborate with agencies to source external advertising opportunities and place adverts in consultation with key stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance & Ops), prioritising scalable, shared solutions.
  • Evaluate marketing support actions through clear planning, review and post‐campaign analysis (PCA) to learn and improve future plans.
  • Manage the marketing budget for promotional spend and media, ensuring the best return versus plan.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity, providing research and operational area feedback.
  • Maintain and update customer databases efficiently, working with venues to maximise data capture and sign‐ups.
  • Execute ad‐hoc projects to enhance knowledge, development and departmental deliverables.
  • Provide ad‐hoc support across the estate via calls, emails, Zoom or face‐to‐face meetings.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Operate within the compliance framework to demonstrate professionalism, supportiveness and engagement.
  • Promote responsible gambling strategies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders and challenge ideas.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to venues and team meetings across regions.
  • Solutions‐based mentality with a focus on the big picture and scale.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time‐management and organisational skills.
  • Strong English language and grammar proficiency.
  • Comfortable with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong imagination, drive and eye for detail.
  • Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Capacity to create and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confidentiality and handling of sensitive information.
