Position: Poker Dealer - Part Time – Aberdeen
Location: Aberdeen
Hours Per Week: 20
Pay Rate: £13.27 per hour

The Poker Dealer is responsible for dealing the table games to a high standard. They must comply with all table gaming procedures and ensure that high customer service levels are met.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a poker dealer or other relevant experience.
- Must possess a Personal Functional License (PFL).
- Strong table gaming knowledge.
- Knowledge/experience dealing Texas Hold Em Poker would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills.
- Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing table games to a high standard, in line with company policy and procedures.
- Providing a high level of customer service.
- Providing correct game commentary.
- Demonstrating good table security.
- Informing inspectors, Pit Boss or Casino Manager on any players to note.
- Complying with all policies and procedures.
- Promoting the company in a professional and positive manner with both internal and external contacts.
- Ensuring that the company’s equal opportunities policy is adhered to at all times.
- Adhering to all company health and safety practices and procedures.
- Attending and conducting meetings as required.
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with internal Responsible Gambling policies and UK Gambling Commission Licence Codes of Conduct and Practice (LCCP).
- Promoting awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures.
- Being proactive in safeguarding our customers and the business by ensuring that standards of compliance are delivered to the highest level.
- Undertaking additional or alternative duties related to your position as directed by your Line Manager.
