Position: Guest Relations Host - Part Time - Aberdeen
Hours Per Week: 20
Pay Rate: £12.77

We have an opportunity for a Guest Relations Host. This will consist of tasks such as covering the reception area and guest services desk, along with being the primary support for the electrical gaming machines. This will involve:
- Greeting customers
- Managing the cloakroom
- Assisting with machines
- Helping customers with disputes regarding machines
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting in creating a courteous environment on the gaming floor
About you:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communications
- Ability to explain offers and promotions
- Technical and computer knowledge
- To have passed a Guest Relations Merit 1 assessment

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with general enquiries both directly with the public and customers, over the phone, face to face, and email
- Registering and processing lawful admission into the casino and dealing with administrative detail
- Delivering excellent customer service in accordance with Double Diamond Gaming’s customer service standards
- The robust enforcement of Think 21
- Assisting in the creation of a welcoming, friendly, and courteous environment on the gaming floor whilst conducting enquiries and admissions
