Within this position in vibrant London you will be primarily responsible for coordination, development and implementation of the commodity contract activities and review potential for energy (electricity & gas) demand management project opportunities. If you have a huge will to learn and excellent communication skills this might be the place for you!

Tasks:

  • Review and identify all locations requiring energy contracts within the various European businesses and regions
  • Obtain, review and summarize all existing energy contracts currently in place and identify country and site contract priorities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive energy spend matrix of all sites
  • Provide backup capabilities for commodities contract negotiations, e.g. RFI/RFP development and contract management
  • Coordinate third-party consultant activities related to commodity contract negotiations with the various business
  • Track results and develop comprehensive management reporting process across all company facilities and business units
  • Maintain cost/savings database and coordinate related activities with all business units
  • Develop and maintain commodity suppliers' relationships
  • Develop a comprehensive contact list of key individuals at all sites within various business and regions
  • Develop effective relationships with the facilities production and engineering personnel to gain a better understanding of the sites' operations
  • Identify potential opportunities for demand management projects
