We’re partnering with a globally recognised investment firm to hire a Policy & Research Specialist within their Investment Stewardship function. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining deep research with real-world impact — shaping how large-scale investors approach governance, voting, and engagement across EMEA markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, policy, and strategy, helping to interpret evolving governance standards and translating them into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shape regional governance thinking
  • Lead research into corporate governance trends, regulatory developments, and market practices across EMEA
  • Develop insights that inform voting decisions, engagement priorities, and broader stewardship strategy
  • Build data-driven perspectives on key governance topics and emerging risks
  • Produce high-quality written analysis, briefing papers, and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Translate complex regulatory and market developments into clear, practical recommendations
  • Support decision-making on nuanced and high-profile governance issues
  • Review and enhance internal governance and voting frameworks to reflect changing regional expectations
  • Contribute to ongoing policy development, ensuring alignment with best practice and regulatory direction

Collaborate across a global platform
