MERJE are partnering with a highly successful boutique Hedge Fund in their search for a compliance specialist on a 12 month FTC. The position has a broad remit and would be best suited to individuals who are driven, enjoy a varied, hands-on role in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.
Reporting into the General Counsel/CCO, you will support with:
- Compliance monitoring & reviews
- PA Dealing
- Compliance training
- Shareholding Disclosures
- Reg implementation – ensuring upcoming key regs implemented
- Day-to-day compliance advisory support
- Policies and Procedures – managing refresh and documentation of existing and new policies
- Preparation of board reports
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of broad based compliance experience in a hedge fund or asset management firm.
- Strong understanding and practical experience of regulatory frameworks
- Highly driven, organised, and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
