Key Responsibilities of the Risk Manager:- Support the Chief Risk Officer in developing and embedding the risk management framework
- Provide proactive challenge to stakeholders at all levels on risk framework application
- Deliver regular risk reporting for Board and Subcommittee audiences
- Provide risk training and support to key stakeholders, including Senior Managers
- Champion a proactive risk-focused approach to strategic and business objectives
- Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management within FCA regulated financial services
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in enterprise risk management principles
- Experience in defining and integrating risk reporting functionality and systems
- Ability to influence stakeholders at Senior Executive level
