MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager for a leading company in the Insurance sector. As Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organisation's risk management strategy. This position offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, influencing key decisions and driving best practices in risk management.
Key Responsibilities of the Risk Manager:- Support the Chief Risk Officer in developing and embedding the risk management framework
- Provide proactive challenge to stakeholders at all levels on risk framework application
- Deliver regular risk reporting for Board and Subcommittee audiences
- Provide risk training and support to key stakeholders, including Senior Managers
- Champion a proactive risk-focused approach to strategic and business objectives
- Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management within FCA regulated financial services
- IRM Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in enterprise risk management principles
- Experience in defining and integrating risk reporting functionality and systems
- Ability to influence stakeholders at Senior Executive level
