The successful candidate will operate within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment that values diverse perspectives, fosters innovation, and constructively challenges established practices. As a key contributor, the individual will engage closely across the business and risk functions, as well as with stakeholders in Marketing & Analytics, Compliance, Legal, and Operational Risk Management, gaining broad exposure and influence throughout the organization.
As a Risk Manager in the UK Risk Office, you will provide professional risk judgment to support Customer Operations in tackling major business challenges. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and develop innovative solutions and grow your strategic and influencing skills through creating and implementing risk strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services, and risk profiles.
- Assess regulatory changes and their impact on business objectives and risk appetite.
- Analyse data to identify risks and trends proactively.
- Provide insights that support internal decision-making.
- Advise business partners on risk policies and programs.
