MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Compliance & Development Consultant for a leading insurance company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to regulatory compliance support, audit services, and e-learning platform development in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. £70,000 – £80,000 Location: Home based with some travel to London & surrounding areas (all travel costs can be expensed). The Role The Compliance & Development Consultant will be responsible for developing new business in core areas and delivering compliance support services to clients. Key Responsibilities of the Compliance & Development Consultant: Manage new business targets and provide regular performance reports Conduct consultancy visits, meetings, and external audits Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional bodies Contribute to budget forecasts and attend senior leadership team meetings Resolve technical queries within appropriate timeframes Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance & Development Consultant role: ACII qualification (preferred) Experience working with Insurance Brokers/MGAs Regulatory Audit experience (desirable) Sound knowledge of General Insurance products and FCA regulatory requirements Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influential skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel If you’re an experienced professional seeking a challenging role as a Compliance & Development Consultant, apply now to join this innovative company at the forefront of insurance compliance.
