A well-established financial services consultancy is looking to appoint a Compliance Consultant or Senior Compliance Consultant to join its growing Credit & Insurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with compliance experience within insurance, consumer credit, mortgages or a wider FCA-regulated environment who is looking to broaden their exposure, develop their consulting skills and work with a diverse range of clients.
Whether you're already operating at Consultant level or you're currently working as a Compliance Analyst, Compliance Officer or Compliance Assistant and looking for the next step, we'd be keen to hear from you.
You'll work alongside an experienced team, supporting FCA-regulated firms across the credit and insurance sectors with a wide range of compliance and regulatory matters. The role offers a mix of technical compliance work, client interaction, report writing and project-based activity, providing excellent exposure to different businesses, regulatory challenges and compliance frameworks.
- Supporting FCA authorisation applications and regulatory projects.
- Reviewing policies, procedures and client documentation.
- Assisting clients with regulatory and compliance queries.
- Preparing audit, review and compliance reports.
- Conducting compliance reviews and client visits.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and industry changes.
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Supporting wider consulting projects across the credit and insurance sectors.
Experience within a compliance, risk or regulatory role in a financial services environment.
Exposure to insurance, consumer credit or mortgage regulation.
Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within compliance consulting.
Exposure to a wide range of FCA-regulated firms and projects.
Support and mentoring from experienced compliance professionals.
Hybrid working model with a minimum of two days per week in the London office.
