I am seeking experienced Commercial Lawyers to support a significant commercial contracts programme within a large and fast-paced organisation based in West London.

This is a genuinely hands-on role and will suit someone who remains actively involved in contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement rather than operating purely at a strategic leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising procurement, commercial and operational stakeholders on contractual risk and commercial outcomes.
  • Negotiating supplier and vendor agreements.
  • Drafting and negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
  • Drafting and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Supporting technology, software and SaaS contracting requirements.
  • Advising on outsourcing, managed services and professional services arrangements.
  • Helping drive contracts through to execution within demanding timeframes.

Essential Experience

  • Supplier and vendor contracting.
  • Procurement-related agreements.
  • Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
  • Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Technology and SaaS contracts.
  • Software licensing and services agreements.
  • Managing multiple negotiations simultaneously.
  • Working directly with business stakeholders outside the legal function.

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Retail
  • Consumer services
  • Financial services commercial contracting teams
  • Procurement legal teams

The successful candidate will be able to join the business and immediately take ownership of a busy contracts workload, working independently with minimal supervision and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to stakeholders across the organisation.

If you have been regularly negotiating supplier agreements, SaaS contracts, MSAs and SOWs over the last 12-24 months, I would be keen to hear from you.
