Reporting to the Chief Executive and Risk Committee Chair, you will lead the risk and compliance team and oversee the risk management framework, compliance oversight, financial crime and data protection.
The role offers a very flexible hybrid working policy with 2 days in the office per week, and requires shaping and delivering policies, reporting to the Board, and chairing.
