MERJE are delighted to be supporting this well regarded technology platform in their search for a Head of Legal in London. Working closely alongside the Head of Compliance and leading a small Legal team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing legal and regulatory strategy
- Supporting commercial operations
- Providing expert legal guidance across a broad range of areas including regulatory compliance, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
- Overseeing Corporate Governance: advising executives and the board on governance matters, ethics, and best practices.
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts
