This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership, influence decision-making at board level, and help drive a business-wide commitment to safety excellence.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including board-level stakeholders, to embed a culture where Health & Safety underpins every decision.

- Ensuring policies and procedures are effective, accessible, and consistently applied across all sites
- Acting as the go-to expert on all H&S matters, advising on both operational and development projects
- Delivering a robust audit programme aligned to ISO 45001 standards
- Analysing incidents and implementing strategies to reduce risk and improve performance
- Managing external consultants and contractor compliance programmes
- Reporting on H&S performance and trends to senior leadership and the board
- Supporting the mobilisation of new systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior Health & Safety role within property, construction, or the built environment
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) essential
- Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and fire safety requirements
- Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to drive cultural change
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Why Apply?
- Join a recognised FTSE 250 organisation with strong market presence and growth ambitions
- Take ownership of a role with real influence and visibility
- Be part of a business committed to setting industry-leading Health & Safety standards
- Work within a collaborative, high-performing environment where your expertise will shape the future
