MERJE, in collaboration with a prominent insurance brokerage, is seeking a Head of Compliance Monitoring. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive monitoring framework to provide assurance to the Board and Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will execute a program of monitoring activities across systems, controls, and business conduct to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in policy advisory, monitoring, remediation, and assurance across various financial services and markets.
- Ability to apply regulatory judgment to internal and market information.
- Strong analytical, interpretative, and communication skills, with the capability to effectively influence and network within the organization.
- Proficient in analysing and evaluating data, with sound judgment to determine appropriate actions and solutions.
