An award-winning, high-growth fintech group headquartered in Cheshire is embarking on its next phase of expansion following a recent business sale. With new investment activity and a series of planned exits on the horizon , the organisation is strengthening its leadership team and seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to take full ownership of its Group-wide compliance function .This is a truly pivotal role : you\’ll lead a small but impactful team and shape the compliance framework across four operating businesses . You\’ll be stepping into a position of real influence, playing a central role in preparing the Group for capital raises, investor scrutiny, and future transactions .
