A leading insurance company is seeking a Head of Audit to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a full cycle, outcome and risk-based audit programme that provokes behavioural, process, and product development in line with business objectives and provides meaningful insight into performance. The Head of Audit will collaborate with Group business areas and functional stakeholders to identify and analyse inherent risks in the Groupβs operations, claims, and controls, and develop audits to ensure that audit projects and stakeholders focus on key risks and controls.
