MERJE are working with a Life Insurer who are looking to add a Part Qualified Actuary to their Actuarial function, mainly focusing on Capital and Valuation work. You'll be supporting the senior Actuaries in carrying out Valuations responsibilities amongst other Capital and Reporting related tasks.
Due to being in a smaller insurance company, you will likely gain broader exposure whilst complementing this with your exam progress. Full study support provided. Hybrid working too.
We're looking for candidates roughly around half way through exams but willing to flex either side if it fits within budget parameters and you can demonstrate the right behaviours. Ideally, a foundational experience in Life Insurance, either as part of a rotation programme or working in a relevant Capital/Reporting/Valuations function. We may consider candidates from Pensions or GI.
