We are working with a highly regarded asset management firm to hire an Enterprise Risk specialist to support the continued development of its risk framework, with a particular focus on Operations and Technology.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developing risk professional to gain broad exposure across enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, operational risk and data privacy within a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders while playing a hands-on role in embedding effective risk management practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the design and implementation of first-line risk and control frameworks across Operations and Technology
- Coordinate and maintain Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
- Assist business teams in responding to risk events, including identifying corrective and preventative actions
- Contribute to key regulatory processes including ICARA and Wind Down Planning
- Support data privacy governance, including DPIAs, RoPAs and MI reporting
- Assist in maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks
- Contribute to regulatory and business change projects across the organisation
- Relevant risk management experience gained within an asset management, wealth or investment environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, accountable and collaborative approach
- Keen to develop technical knowledge and build a long-term career in risk and compliance
