An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Enterprise Risk & Compliance Analyst to join a highly regarded financial services organisation that operates within Investment Management. This role offers exposure to a broad range of enterprise risk and compliance disciplines, including operational risk, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, data privacy, business continuity and governance.

Working closely with experienced stakeholders across Operations and Technology, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience while helping to strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance across the business. The Role

As part of a growing Risk & Compliance function, you will support the delivery of a wide range of risk management and regulatory compliance activities. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify, assess and manage risk, while helping to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance across key operational and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Assist with the coordination and review of Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
  • Support the identification, assessment and management of operational risks and risk events.
  • Work with business teams to implement corrective and preventative actions arising from risk incidents.
  • Assist in maintaining key risk management processes and supporting governance activities.
  • Contribute to data privacy activities, including the maintenance of relevant assessments, records and management information.
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing and documentation.
  • Assist with regulatory and business change initiatives, ensuring risk and compliance considerations are appropriately embedded.
  • Prepare reporting, analysis and management information for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
  • Build effective relationships across Operations, Technology and other business functions.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within risk management, compliance, governance or a related discipline.

  • Understanding of risk and control frameworks and their practical application.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
