Job Description

MERJE are hiring a Pricing Analyst for a General Insurance company in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and developing technical pricing models around the requirements of the business and communicating effectively.
  • Provide detailed and accurate forecasts and models to aid decision-making for business change activities and action planning.
  • Working with the Underwriting/Data team to develop and implement strategic changes to new and existing products for the management of our underwriting portfolio.
  • Ensure all pricing/data work is created to the requirements of relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide data/pricing services and advice that further enhance business development aligned with the business needs and requirements.

We're looking for candidates with experience in Insurance, ideally General or Non-Life Insurance. You will also have experience in some aspect of a Pricing or Data Analytics position, Actuarial or Data Science. This will include working with typical softwares across the Data Analytics platforms.
