MERJE is seeking a dynamic Customer Value Stream Lead - Lending for a leading financial services business. This pivotal role sits at the heart of the Customer Centre of Excellence, driving end-to-end customer experience excellence within the savings value stream. The successful candidate will be a customer advocate, translating insights into actionable change and shaping seamless customer journeys.

As the Customer Value Stream Lead - Lending, you will be responsible for championing the customer voice across all stages of service design and delivery.
