MERJE is seeking an experienced operational excellence professional to join a leading fund and asset management organisation as Head of Operational Enablement. This strategic role requires deep expertise in wealth platform operations and the ability to drive efficient implementation of business-critical initiatives across a hybrid working environment based in Manchester.

The Head of Operational Enablement will lead the optimisation of strategic initiative implementation across the wealth platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience working within vendor-led or outsourced operating models, including third-party provider governance.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience (graduate degree preferred).
  • Proven ability to operate across multiple domains including operations, technology, product, and vendor ecosystems with track record of influencing outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of regulated financial services environments, including operational risk, controls, and compliance requirements.
