MERJE Ltd. in partnership with a growing international financial services and trading business is seeking an experienced UK Head of Compliance (SMF16/17).

You will own the UK regulatory framework and act as the primary FCA contact to support growth and regulatory readiness.

You will lead FCA engagement, oversee remediation programmes, and strengthen the governance, policies and controls across the UK entity, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to enable the next phase of expansion.
