This is an excellent opportunity to lead the operational risk framework within a regulated business, working closely with the Chief Risk Officer and senior stakeholders.
The Opportunity You’ll play a pivotal role in embedding and overseeing the Operational Risk Management Framework across the business, providing independent challenge, strengthening governance, and helping to drive a strong risk culture.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Operational Risk Management Framework.
Manage core operational risk processes including RCSAs, risk events, control testing and governance.
Provide second-line oversight and challenge across key business activities.
Support Board and Executive Risk Committees with insightful reporting and analysis.
Enhance operational resilience and non-financial risk management.
Lead thematic reviews and monitor remediation activities.
Promote a positive risk culture through training, coaching and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor regulatory developments and emerging operational risks.
