We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join a growing insurance business in a part-time, permanent Compliance Lead position. This home-based role will play a key part in ensuring the business operates in line with all relevant FCA regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will provide practical compliance guidance, identify and manage regulatory risks, and support the business in delivering positive customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing regulatory compliance across the business
  • Providing compliance advice and guidance to the business
  • Identifying and managing conduct and regulatory risks
  • Supporting compliance monitoring and governance activities
  • Promoting strong customer outcome and consumer duty practices

The role also offers the opportunity to hold the SMF16 function, with the business open to considering candidates who have not previously held this responsibility.
