We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our long-established and thriving Compliance recruitment desk, specialising in high-demand compliance roles. This is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark, leveraging our established client base and deep roots within the compliance arena to take the next step in your compliance recruitment career.
The role can be based from either our London or Manchester office, with high levels of flexibility on offer.

What You’ll Do:
- Join our long-established Compliance recruitment team: Act as a go-to expert for Compliance recruitment across Financial Services and parallel industries.
- Leverage Existing Relationships: Capitalise on our existing relationships and warm client network to quickly build your pipeline.
- Bring Your Expertise: Utilise your existing knowledge and network within the compliance recruitment market to identify new opportunities and expand our reach.
- Full Recruitment Cycle Ownership: From candidate sourcing and client management to negotiations and aftercare, you’ll manage the entire compliance recruitment process.
- Consultative Approach: Provide bespoke permanent, interim, and executive recruitment solutions, offering valuable insights and guidance to both clients and candidates within the Compliance space.
- Collaborate and Thrive: Work closely with specialist teams across the business, leveraging our collective expertise to deliver exceptional results.
