We are recruiting for a Compliance Assurance Officer to join a growing and supportive Risk Compliance function within a well-established financial services organisation on an initial 9 month contract.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring good customer outcomes, overseeing outsourced service delivery, and supporting the business in meeting its regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities Conduct assurance and monitoring reviews to assess customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Analyse performance data, quality results, and service metrics to identify trends and areas of concern.
Investigate root causes of issues and support the implementation of effective remedial actions.
Maintain detailed records of assurance activity and monitor progress against agreed actions.
Build strong working relationships with operational stakeholders and service providers.
Support the production of management information, governance reporting, and Consumer Duty oversight.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of compliance and assurance frameworks.
About You You'll ideally have: Experience within Compliance, Risk, Assurance, Quality Assurance, Audit, or a related oversight function.
