Responsibilities:
- You will be part of our People & Operations Team and have a chance to develop and conduct recruitment processes.
- You will be responsible for supporting all necessary people processes at MERIX: onboarding new people, being the first point of contact for them, administrating our people tools, creating employer-branding ideas, helping us create honest, transparent and empathetic internal communication, and supporting administrative tasks depending on current needs.
- Your daily work will focus on recruiting the best candidates for our Delivery & Engineering team, searching for new ways of reaching candidates, concerning internal HR activities, and participating in projects and events.
Who you are:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in sourcing candidates and recruitment processes in the IT industry.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in employer branding activities.
- You have practical knowledge on direct search using a variety of tools.
- You know how to talk with people and understand their needs.
- You have a fresh look at our brand and recruitment activities.
- You have advanced English skills.
