The Role
We are after an energetic, bubbly and experienced Venue Manager with a focus on creating a strong team culture, one that celebrates cultural diversity, and is passionate about creating an authentic and traditional experience for their guests.
You’ll be expected to build, lead and develop a diverse team, maintain a culture that strives for excellence, deliver exceptional guest experience, and have fun along the way.
You’ll provide ongoing training to the team through product knowledge and be focused on establishing an effective operation rhythm across the venue.
