We provide a specialist service for all automotive needs, ranging from new tyres, servicing and MOTs to tyre punctures, air conditioning and batteries.
About the role
The Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management at our Purley-on-Thames automotive tyre centre. This will involve but not limited to:
- ensuring branch budget is achieved
- line management of reporting staff
- dealing with customer enquires in person, over the phone and online
- ensuring branch targets are communicated and achieved
- monitoring and managing stock levels
- hands-on workshop role if and when required
- interview, induct and engage all new staff
Working hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 – 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday working.
