SENIOR INTERACTION DESIGNER - 70,000 - REMOTE (WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO CLIENT SITE IN TAUNTON) - SC CLEARANCE REQUIRED MERITUS are recruiting for a Senior Interaction Designer to join a leading organisation delivering complex UK Central Government and Defence programmes. This role would suit an experienced Interaction Designer, UX Designer or Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in user-centred design, prototyping, wireframing and accessible digital services. Experience across discovery, alpha and delivery, particularly within Government or Defence, would be highly beneficial. Responsibilities: Lead interaction design across discovery, alpha and delivery. Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction models and design patterns. Work directly with users and customers to understand needs. Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder sessions. Collaborate with researchers, service and content designers, developers and stakeholders. Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles. Communicate design decisions using evidence and user insight.Skills
