They're looking for a Senior Control Systems Software Engineer to take a key role in delivering complex, high-impact projects. As a Senior Control Systems Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of PLC-based control systems within energy and utilities environments. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, supporting the delivery of reliable and high-performance control systems for critical energy assets. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of technical deliverables, contribute to system design, and support commissioning activities across a variety of energy projects. Main Responsibilities: Design, develop and test control system software for energy sector applications using Siemens PLC platforms Contribute to project delivery across all phases, from requirements definition through to commissioning Produce high-quality technical documentation including functional design specifications and test documentation Collaborate with internal teams and energy sector clients to ensure successful technical delivery Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and on-site commissioning Required Skills
