MERITUS are recruiting for a Project Management Business Partner to join a leading aerospace organisation, supporting the delivery of complex buildings and construction capital projects.

Project Management Business Partner supports Project Lead in delivery of CAPEX and building projects from feasibility through design, execution and handover. Provides governance, project controls and delivery support across multi-functional teams ensuring compliance with internal PM standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance and Delivery
    • Define and maintain project governance aligned to internal PM standards
    • Develop and manage integrated project plans
    • Support milestone planning, tracking and delivery
    • Apply consistent PM tools and processes
  • Project Leadership Support
    • Support Project Lead with PM expertise and coordination
    • Work with multi-functional teams and external consultants
    • Coordinate architects, contractors, QS and design teams
  • Commercial and Financial Management
    • Support CAPEX business case development through approval to close
    • Assist with budget tracking, forecasting and reporting
    • Support cost control and financial governance
  • Risk and Reporting
    • Maintain risk and opportunity management processes
    • Deliver regular reporting on progress, cost, schedule and risk
