MERITUS are recruiting for a Project Engineer to join our client on an initial 9 month contract from their major site in Broughton, Flintshire. The right candidate MUST have a strong background in managing manufacturing engineering projects.

PROJECT ENGINEER β INSIDE IR35 β Β£36.70 PER HOUR β 9 MONTH CONTRACT β BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE β SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: β
Support the Business by carrying out process mapping and requirement definition.
Ensure analysis, design, development, integration, functional and technical acceptance, deployment.
Support crane lifts by creating lifting processes
Ensure activities are completed in line with agreed budget, schedule and resources.
Work with Stakeholders to define \βAS IS\β and \βTO BE\β Solutions
Provide Project Financial Management (Cost benefit analysis, planning, estimating, budgeting, funding, managing project expenses, and billing)
Create all required Project documentation according to the agreed Governance model adopted.
Ensure dependencies and risks are clearly identified, reported and managed.
Identify and manage all risks relating to delivering the project to time cost and quality, including interdependencies with other projects or services.Skills
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following skills and competencies:
Demonstrated Project Management experience (LBIP, AGILE, use of Planisware or other PM tools)
Project Management accreditation would be an advantage
Experience with lifting and handling methods would be an advantage
Experience of working in a Production environment
Stakeholder management & building customer relationships
Analysing and simplifying complex topics and being able to make them understandable to stakeholders. xiskglj
Familiarity with Click n Buy, FMEA, SWOT analysis, 5 whys, Fishbone Analysis, Flowcharts would be an advantage.
Experience in Generating Technical Specification based on Operational Requirements
